Original papers dealing with both theory and/or practical aspects of wide areas of ICT are solicited. The general areas of interest include all topics listed in the 2012 Revision of the ACM Computing Classification System:

  • Theory of computation
  • Mathematics of computing
  • Information systems
  • Human-centered computing
  • Computing methodologies
  • Applied computing
  • Social and professional topics
Papers reporting on developments, reviews, proposals, projects on Information Technology in South-East Europe in the following areas are also solicited:
  • Governance (e.g. systems in place, policies etc)
  • Education (curricula issues, secondary and higher education etc)
  • Professional Issues (e.g. employment, Computer Societies, entrepreneurship etc)
  • European ICT Priorities (e.g. enterprise, smart specialization, aging etc)
Research papers should be original contributions and should not be accepted or submitted elsewhere until the decisions of the BCI 2015 Program Committee are announced. Submissions will be reviewed by at least two independent reviewers, members of the Programme Committee.
