The steps of the Camera Ready (CR) Preparation process are presented below. Please read them carefully:

  1. You must download the ACM templates (see below) and prepare your paper, following reviewers' comments. Note that in the paper you must include the terms from the 2012 ACM Computing Classification System.
  2. You must submit the paper to EasyChair, in the same account as the original submission. For submission please proceed as follows:
    1. Pack all the paper files (sources, images, PDF, BIB, etc.) into a ZIP archive.
    2. Rename the archive to have PDF extension (otherwise your file will not be accepted by EasyChair).
    3. Submit the file to EasyChair, as requested.
  3. You will be contacted by ACM for the rights management process.
  4. After you submit the copyright, ACM will provide you with updated information about the bibliographic strip (the information that is printed in the lower left corner of the first page of your paper), including the DOI information. You must add this information to your paper and repeat step 2.
The CR papers must stricly follow the ACM templates provided at: http://www.acm.org/publications/article-templates/proceedings-template.html/.

To simplify the process, we provide DOCX and Latex templates for Camera Ready papers, that already contain the BCI'2015 and ISBN information in the bibliographic strip (the information that is printed in the lower left corner of the first page of your paper).

For an overview of the complete publication process, please consult also the General Instructions for Proceedings volume, available at: http://www.acm.org/publications/icps-instructions/

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us at: bci2015@ids.software.ucv.ro

The deadline for finalizing this process is the 8th of June 2015.

Submission

Original contributions are solicited for the following categories:

  • Full research papers (max 8 pages) describing research accomplishments.
  • Short research papers (max 4 pages), i.e. experience reports, project overviews, etc. which do not fully adhere to the standards of a first rate scientific publication, but are nevertheless of interest and value for the participants of the conference.
Submissions will be reviewd by at least two independent reviewers, members of the Programme Committee. Only accepted full papers and some high-quality short papers will be included in the main BCI 2015 Proceedings (published by ACM in the International Conference Proceedings Series). Papers must be formatted according to the ACM ICPS style templates (LaTeX2e format is preferred) and following ACM proceedings instructions . Other accepted papers will be published in local proceedings (with ISBN). A selection of outstanding papers from the conference may be invited for publication in internationally recognized journals (subject to additional reviewing).

All contributions should be in PDF format and should be submitted electronically via the EasyChair. For their submissions, authors are encouraged to consider the final paper format requirements, as specified at the conference site. Research papers should be original contributions and should not be accepted or submitted elsewhere until the decisions of the BCI 2015 program committee are announced. At least one author from every submission accepted to appear in proceedings is obliged to register and attend the conference.
