About

The 2nd International Conference on Web Intelligence, Mining and Semantics (WIMS'12) is organised under the auspices of University of Craiova. The site for the previous edition, WIMS'11, can be found here.

This is the second in a new series of conferences concerned with intelligent approaches to transform the World Wide Web into a global reasoning and semantics-driven computing machine. Then next conference in this series, WIMS'13 will take place in Madrid (Spain).

Conference Registration Fees

The WIMS'12 registration fees* are as follows:

The registration fee includes:

• admission to all sessions
• coffee breaks
• lunches, welcome reception on the 13th of June, conference banquet on the 14th of June
• a copy of the proceedings
• one day excursion and social event on the 15th of June

Students have to send a proof within 3 days after registration to wims12@software.ucv.ro or by fax to +40 251 438198.

One registration fee will cover presentation and publication of only one paper. Each additional presented paper associated with the same registration will be subject to an additional fee of 200 Euro respectively.

For each paper at least one author must register and pay the registration fee, not later than April 2, 2012.

The participation of an accompanying person requires an additional fee of 200 Euro respectively.

Cancellation Policy for the Registration

Author registrations cannot be returned after April 2, 2012. All other refund requests must be in writing and received before March 31, 2012. A 100 Euro cancellation fee will be deducted from the registration fees. Substitution of one conference attendee for another will be accepted at any time, on the basis of information of the change via email (wims12@software.ucv.ro with a carbon copy to cbadica@software.ucv.ro). The submission to both addresses is requested.
